Local pick up/delivery in the Burlington, VT area is available, just select that option at checkout and reach out via email, please include your order number- mudseasonpottery@gmail.com

I work hard to make shipping as safe & economical as possible. Once an item has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier, however. Please contact the shipping carrier with any questions / concerns.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Once in a blue moon, an item arrives broken, leaving both you and I shattered. Rest assured, packages are insured to protect both you and I from shipping mishaps. File a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier to get a refund for your item(s). To file a claim with the USPS, visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm Hold on to your broken item and packaging until the claim has been processed. Please reach out if your order has arrived damaged or if you need any help filing a claim.


Due to the fragile nature of pottery, we are not responsible for any breakages unless they occur during shipment
